RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ESANS Sacred Arts, every session and digital offering is prepared with intention and care. Due to the personalized nature of spiritual guidance and digital services, all sales are final.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Appointments and Services
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with advance notice.
A 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Late arrivals do not extend the session duration.
If a client has not arrived within 5 minutes, the appointment may be considered missed and the session forfeited.
Missed appointments are non-refundable. Clients wishing to reschedule a missed appointment may do so for a 50% rescheduling fee based on the original service price.
Personalized Services
Energy readings, recorded responses, and personalized guidance are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable once delivered.

Refund requests resulting from billing errors or duplicate charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
